2 c Field peas (cooked) &lt;br /&gt;
1 c Flour &lt;br /&gt;
2 ts Baking powder &lt;br /&gt;
1 ts Pepper &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 ts Salt &lt;br /&gt;
1 tb Curry powder &lt;br /&gt;
2 Eggs &lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 c Milk &lt;br /&gt;
Mix all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and milk. Add to the flour mixture. Gently stir in cooked peas. Drop from spoon into 3/4 inch hot fat. Fry until light brown. Serves 4 to 5. SOURCE: Big Mama's Old Black Pot Typed for you by Nancy Coleman &lt;br /&gt;

4 Carrots, shredded &lt;br /&gt;
2 tb Tamari &lt;br /&gt;
4 tb Nutritional yeast &lt;br /&gt;
1/4 ts Fresh ginger, minced &lt;br /&gt;

2 c Pumpkin, peeled &amp;amp; cubed &lt;br /&gt;
2 c Sweet potatoes, cubed &lt;br /&gt;
3 tb Onion, finely chopped &lt;br /&gt;
1 tb Oil &lt;br /&gt;
Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 ts Cloves &lt;br /&gt;
1 ts Salt &lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 c Coconut milk &lt;br /&gt;
1 ts Cinnamon &lt;br /&gt;
Fry the onion into oil until golden. Combine with the pumpkin &amp;amp; the sweet potatoes in a heavy pot. Add lemon juice, cloves, salt &amp;amp; 1 c coconut milk. Cover &amp;amp; simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover, stir gently &amp;amp; add cinnamon. Cook a further 15 to 20 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking. Add more milk if necessary. VARIATION: Thin 1/4 c peanut butter with 1/2 c hot water, adding water a little at a time. Add more water to make a cup &amp;amp; use in the recipe instead of coconut milk. &lt;br /&gt;
