-softened 2 Eggs

1 1/2 ts Cream of tartar

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Almond extract

Red and green sugar Recipe by: CHRISTMAS COOKBOOK Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except red and green sugar. Shape dough by teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in sugar. Place balls about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 8-10 min. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool. -----
