Drunken Chicken

Directions: | Ingredients | | | 4 | each | chicken breasts, boneless skinless | | | 1 | tablespoon | butter | | | 1 | tablespoon | olive oil | | | 3 | tablespoon | tequila | | | 4 | each | garlic, cloves, chopped | | | 2 | tablespoon | cilantro, chopped | | | 3 | each | scallions, chopped | | | 1/4 | cup | heavy cream | | | 1/4 | cup | chicken stock | | | 1 | tablespoon | dijon mustard | | | 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | | | | | | Directions:
| Assemble ingredients. Melt butter in large heavy skillet. Add olive oil and saute breasts until just done, 2-3 minutes each side. Remove to warm plate. deglaze pan with tequila (flaming to remove alcohol). Add garlic, scallions and cilantro and saute briefly, then add broth, cream, mustard and worcestershire.
