Sift into 13x9 pan 3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons cocoa powder

Make 3 wells and add to each: 2 tablespoons vinegar

3/4 cup oil

2 teaspoons vanilla

Pour over top: 2 cups water

Stir the entire mixture with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minute s. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
