Naked Apple Pie

Directions:  
Ingredients
1eachegg
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla
1salt
1/2cupflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
2eachapples, peeled, sliced
1/2cuppecans, chopped

Directions:

Beat egg in medium bowl. Add sugars, vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in apples and pecans.

Spread ingredients into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
