1 lb Wagon Wheel Pasta &lt;br /&gt;
1 c Fresh Basil Leaves &lt;br /&gt;
12 lg Plum Tomatoes &lt;br /&gt;
3 tb Olive Oil &lt;br /&gt;
3 lg Garlic Cloves &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 ts Salt &lt;br /&gt;
1/4 ts Ground Black Pepper &lt;br /&gt;
Cook pasta according to package directions. Coarsely chop basil. Peel and seed tomatoes, then coarsely chop.Mince garlic. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and garlic to skillet; cook covered until thickened, about 8 min. Do not overcook. Add basil leaves to sauce; stir to heat through. Pour over pasta; mix to combine. May be served hot or chilled. &lt;br /&gt;

        <title>Garlic Chicken Provencal Soup</title>

------------------------------------SOUP------------------------------------ 2 T Butter &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 c Chopped onion &lt;br /&gt;
1/4 c Butter &lt;br /&gt;
4 Boneless, skinless &lt;br /&gt;
-chicken breast halves 2 16 oz cans Italian plum &lt;br /&gt;
-tomatoes, undrained, -cut into pieces 1 c Dry white wine or water &lt;br /&gt;
16 oz Pkg Green Giant Pasta &lt;br /&gt;
-Accents Garlic Seasoning -Frozen Vegetables &amp;amp; -Pasta ----------------------------------GARNISH---------------------------------- 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese &lt;br /&gt;
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley &lt;br /&gt;
Melt 2 T butter in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Remove from pan; set aside. In same Dutch oven, melt 1/4 c butter; add chicken and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Add tomatoes, wine and reserved onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in frozen vegetables and pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. To serve, place 1 chicken breast half in each of 4 large shallow soup bowls; ladle hot soup over chicken. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley. &lt;br /&gt;

Extruder: 1 1/4 C Semolina Flour &lt;br /&gt;
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano &lt;br /&gt;
1 Egg Beaters&amp;reg; 99% Egg Substitute -- Or equiv to 1 egg &lt;br /&gt;
1 Clove Garlic -- minced &lt;br /&gt;
1 Tbsp Water -- if and as needed &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*NOTE: The original recipe called for 1 T olive oil OPTIONAL, I never use oil in any of my pasta recipes. &lt;br /&gt;
Liquid garlic juice may be used in place of minced or pressed garlic. This pasta is wonderful with your favorite tomato sauce or as a side disk to any meat. Both the garlic and oregano may be adjusted to your taste. &lt;br /&gt;
